Overview

Videoconferencing Product Owner to lead the strategy, lifecycle management, and continuous improvement of our enterprise meeting room technologies and collaboration services. This role combines product ownership, service management, and technical expertise in Microsoft Teams and advanced audio/visual (A/V) systems. The position is required to oversee standard and complex meeting room solutions, manage Microsoft Teams Premium as a product, support enterprise events, and ensure a high-quality end‑user experience.

Key Responsibilities

Product Ownership & Strategy

Own the full lifecycle of videoconferencing and meeting room solutions, including standards for room types, hardware, and user experience. Define and maintain the product roadmap for Microsoft Teams‑based collaboration and meeting room services.
