Keywords Studios Mexico is looking for customer service representatives for written support - NO CALLS.
This position is TEMPORARY remote with the requirement to come to the office when the project requires it.
Position Summary
Player Support communicates with players and solves their problems, such as lost accounts or questions regarding details, and provides excellent customer service (through chats, emails and tickets).
Responsibilities
Interact with players via chat, email and tickets to resolve issues and provide excellent customer service.
Assist with account-related questions and problems.
Maintain high-quality written communication in English and Portuguese.
Multitask effectively and adapt in a constantly evolving environment.
