VIE - Junior Outsourcing Management Officer H/F

The VIE will support the management of outsourcing activities within the entity, ensuring compliance with Group policies and regulatory requirements.

Support that Outsourcing governance are applied throughout the entity
Support the management of outsourcing arrangements across the Outsourcing full lifecycle (from risk assessment and contracting to monitoring and exit of Outsourcing arrangements)
Contribute to the identification and monitoring of outsourcing risks, including critical services
Maintain and improve data quality and completeness in the outsourcing register and DORA information register
Support preparation of governance committees, reporting and audit documentation
Assist on reports on first level controls and follow-up actions
Coordinate with internal stakeholders (business lines, risk, compliance, procurement)
Monitor remediation activities
