VIE - Talent Development & Employee Experience

Position Overview: This role is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and is part of the APAC HR COE Talent Development & Employee Experience team. The role supports the TD & EX COE Head, two Talent Managers, and an Employee Experience Manager across 14 countries in Asia Pacific.

Responsibilities

• Data Reporting & Analytics – manage the IHP master list, track training completion using Power BI, report and analyze key metrics such as IHPs, career interviews, internal mobility and exit interviews, and work closely with the OD manager on data quality and standardisation.
• Performance Campaigns Coordination – collaborate with Talent Managers to coordinate goal setting, mid‑year reviews, and end‑of‑year performance review campaigns; create project plans, draft communication and training decks, manage system configuration tasks and testing, and create completion rate tracking reports.
