Village Manager

About the role

Mainline Services Group is seeking an experienced Village Manager to lead the day-to-day delivery of accommodation, catering, housekeeping, transport and village support services at a remote mine site in Queensland.

Key responsibilities

·Manage and coordinate daily operations of the remote mining accommodation village and support service facilities.

·Oversee accommodation, catering, housekeeping, cleaning, transport and village support services to ensure operational efficiency.

·Supervise and support site-based operational teams, including rostering, staffing allocation and workflow coordination.

·Monitor service standards, customer satisfaction and contract compliance across all village operations.
