Position Summary Reporting to the Manager, Music School, the Violin/Viola Teacher is responsible for providing music education to children and youth primarily from the Regent Park, Moss Park and South Cabbagetown community.
Duties and Responsibilities Provide an enjoyable and educational experience of music for every student.
Monitor student progress and adjusting teaching methods and materials when necessary.
Encourage and guide students to prepare adequately for RCM exams.
Attend all scheduled lessons, classes, and/or rehearsals in a punctual manner (i.e., arrive before student).
