As Engagement Lead, you will manage relationships with VIP players while orchestrating events and overseeing budgets. This position demands strategic thinking to refine customer relationship management initiatives and uplift player engagement based on performance insights.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build trust-based relationships with VIP players
• Oversee local market event and promotion budgets
• Monitor individual player performance metrics

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in hospitality or gaming industry
• Previous leadership experience is advantageous
