Scope and Impact
This is a key leadership role within our VIP department in Brazil, responsible for leading a high‑performing team focused on building strong relationships with VIP players and maximizing both player experience and commercial performance. As the VIP Team Lead, you will oversee the development, performance, and operational excellence of the team while contributing to strategic initiatives across the business. You will report directly to the Deputy Head of Retention and collaborate closely with Marketing, CRM, Product, Responsible Gaming, and Support teams.
