Virtual Assistant with Graphic Design Skills

An occupational therapy company for children is looking for a dedicated, self-motivated and experienced Virtual Assistant with excellent graphic design skills to join their dynamic and highly talented team. The role would include creating resources for a target market of mothers & children. These resources would be used at home and in the school environment.

Core Tasks

• Creating multiple e-books
• Creating online downloadable worksheets which are illustrated / designed to meet the paediatric market
• Create flyers and posters according to company's branding specifications
• Design and layout of newsletters
• Preparation of annual reports
• Preparation of certificates, personalised cards and other materials for children
• Web research, writing and curating content for 2 blog posts a week
• General day-to-day assistance to the owner of the company
