Virtual Customer support/Receptionist

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player who will be the first point of contact for online customer enquiries. You will also be assigned duties as required (i.e. organization of inbound and outbound mail, administrative work, and general clerical support). 

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct customer enquiries via whatsapp and email
• Data entry work and maintaining updated CRM

Qualifications

• High school diploma or relevant work experience
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude
• Business level proficiency in English
• Remote work
• Working hours 9pm- 6am or could be shorter
