About the Role

We are looking for a Physician who is passionate about providing high‑quality gender‑affirming care to Foria Clinic patients. Foria Clinic is primarily a virtual clinic that serves trans, non‑binary, and gender‑diverse Canadians with gender‑affirming healthcare. Reporting to the Medical Director of Foria, our team of physicians provides hormone assessments and prescriptions, surgical assessments and referrals, and general health care to trans and nonbinary people in Alberta. This is a permanent, part‑time opportunity with a commitment of at least one day per week. The position is remote (Canada) with the option to work in person in Calgary, AB.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide hormone prescribing and referrals to surgeons for patients across Alberta.
