Duties and Responsibilities
Experiencein preparing official letters related to government departments.
Knowledgeableand experience in processing visas, Emirates ID, and labor cards.
Communicatewith government offices for approvals and permits.
Familiarityand experience in CICPA Pass application / submitting / receiving.
Prepare,organize, and maintain records of all official documents.
Supportemployees with government requirements and maintain strong relationships withgovernment entities.
Stayupdated on all new laws, regulations, and government system updates.
Resolveurgent issues or delays by taking proactive action.
Prepare,assist with, and submit visa application documents to the respectiveembassies, including arranging and attending visits as required.
