Position Summary

Visiting Researcher/Scholar in ARTS at Aalto University School of Arts, Design and Architecture. Unfunded; researchers must organise funding themselves.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and produce publications in collaboration with department personnel.
• Prepare and deliver a lecture on the research topic within two weeks of arrival.
• Participate in departmental meetings and events.
• Contribute to teaching within the department if requested.
• Sign an Academic Visitor contract promptly upon arrival.

Qualifications

• Postdoctoral researcher or doctoral candidate (master‑level students not accepted).
• Research background in art, design, media or architecture with a sustainable development focus.
