Job Description
Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Vistex Support Analyst to provide functional and technical support for Vistex solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with Vistex modules and a strong understanding of pricing, rebates, and chargebacks in a business environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day functional and technical support for Vistex applications including Pricing, Rebates, Chargebacks, and Royalties
- Troubleshoot and resolve Vistex‑related incidents and service requests within defined SLAs
- Work closely with business users to understand issues and provide timely resolution
- Collaborate with SAP functional and technical teams to identify root causes and implement fixes
- Perform configuration changes, testing, and validation in Vistex modules
