Visual Merchandising Execution
Ensure retailer compliance with brand merchandising standards by implementing a structured store visit program in top doors when possible.
Review and recommend new merchandising concepts and highlight key product launches.
Adapt Global/Regional merchandising guidelines to align with local market standards and consumer preferences.
Develop, present, and implement fundamental merchandising guidelines at the store level.
