Overview
Visual Merchandising Manager — Cebu City | On-site | Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies aligned with brand standards and business objectives
- Oversee store layout planning, window displays, and in-store visual presentations to maximize customer engagement and sales conversion
- Ensure consistency and quality of visual execution across all store locations
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and tenant/brand partners to execute campaigns, seasonal displays, and promotions
- Analyze sales performance and customer behavior to optimize merchandising strategies
- Conduct regular store visits and audits to ensure compliance with visual merchandising guidelines
- Lead, train, and mentor visual merchandising teams to maintain high standards of execution
- Manage budgets, materials, and timelines for visual merchandising projects
