Visual Merchandising Officer

The Visual Merchandising Officer is responsible for planogram development and management, ensuring consistent execution of visual merchandising standards across SJD branches.

This role partners closely with several teams to ensure effective category presentation,

promotional execution, and retail discipline across the chain.

Responsibilities

Planogram Management

• Develop, update, and maintain category planograms aligned with sales performance, space allocation, and customer shopping behavior
• Ensure proper product segmentation, shelf allocation, and space-to-sales optimization
• Manage planogram rollouts and ensure all branches comply with approved layouts
• Lead continuous improvements to planograms based on sales trends, new product launches, and category growth priorities
• Coordinate with Operations and Supply Chain to ensure planograms align with store capabilities and inventory flow
