Visual Merchandising Supervisor

Job Description

• Supervise and manage visual merchandising projects from planning and design development up to store implementation to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with stores and internal departments regarding dcor, merchandise displays, signage, and promotional requirements.
• Lead brainstorming sessions, concept development, and review of design proposals to ensure creative and effective visual presentations.
• Work closely with suppliers and monitor production to ensure materials, specifications, and project budgets are properly executed.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Fine Arts, Interior Design, Visual Merchandising, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in visual merchandising, retail, or a service-oriented company.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, CorelDRAW, and SketchUp.
