Vitality Distribution & Engagement (Tied Distribution), Specialist is responsible for spearheading AIA Vitality, an award‑winning health and wellness programme, to the Tied Distribution channel to effectively engage and support them on their business to drive business growth and Vitality integration. The incumbent should have extensive experience in business development and preferably in insurance field and be able to work and interact well cross‑functionally across districts/agencies and departments.

• Lead AIA Vitality for the Tied Distribution channel by supporting a strong proposition to drive Vitality‑linked sales and grow retail membership.
