The General Manager will provide strategic, operational and financial leadership across all aspects of Viva Arts and Community Group. The General Manager will be responsible for running our theatre, growing income and act as Producer for Viva Productions, including professional touring productions.
Job Description
The GM will lead the day-to-day operations of Viva, supporting the strategic vision established by the Board and ensuring the organisation remains sustainable, effective and responsive to need. The role is responsible for developing and implementing operational plans, maintaining strong communication between staff, volunteers and Trustees, and representing Viva externally.
The GM will oversee the operation & development of The Viva Theatre, maximising both commercial and community use of the venue, supporting productions, hires and events, and ensuring a safe, professional and welcoming environment. They will also act as P...
