Job Title: VMware Subject Matter Expert (SME),vSphere/ESXi) and storage platforms (SAN and vSAN)

Experience Required: 8-16 years

We are seeking a highly skilled VMware Subject Matter Expert (SME) responsible for the deployment, administration, optimization, and support of VMware virtual infrastructure, covering both compute (vSphere/ESXi) and storage platforms (SAN and vSAN).

Compute (vSphere) Management

• Design, deploy, and manage VMware vSphere infrastructure, including: ESXi hosts, vCenter Server, Resource pools, clusters, and datastores
• Configure and maintain High Availability (HA), Distributed Resource Scheduler (DRS), vMotion / Storage vMotion, Fault Tolerance (FT)
• Perform capacity planning and performance tuning (CPU, memory, NUMA awareness)
