Job Description
Responsibilities Youth Advocate Programme Support
- Support the planning and execution of the Youth Advocate Programme.
- Coordinate schedules, sessions, and activities for Youth Advocates.
- Communicate regularly with Youth Advocates to ensure engagement and participation.
- Manage and respond to volunteer enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in volunteer scheduling and deployment across programmes.
- Support engagement initiatives and programme logistics.
- Ensure smooth coordination and communication across stakeholders.
- Support coordination of outreach programmes and engagement activities.
- Ensure operational readiness (venue, materials, logistics, attendance tracking).
- Assist with on-ground programme execution when required.
