Job Description
- Manages and co-ordinates Tzu Chi activities by leading, empowering and development the volunteers in scoping, planning, administration, execution, reporting and improvement of the routine planned and ad-hoc activities.
- Manages the expectations of all different stake holders in organising Tzu Chi activities
- Apply project management skills, analytical skills and targeted work objectives improvement tools when organising activities, ie OKR, data analytics, PDCA(plan-do-check-act)etc.
- Ensures target and objectives of activities planned are in line with the objectives of the organization
- Keeps track on progress of activities, ie attend meeting, discussion with organising committee etc
- Manages and follows up closely on administration of activity, ie procurement, documentation, payments, communication, publicity, reports, sharing, data analysis, improvemen...
