Job Description
**Volunteer Systems Manager**:
- FIFA27 will be established as the Local FIFA Subsidiary in Brazil, to work together with FIFA HQ in Zurich and globally, to deliver the biggest women’s sporting event in the world, the FIFA Women’s World Cup 2027 (“FWWC2027”).

**THE POSITION**:
- Reporting to the Senior Volunteer Manager - FIFA27, the Volunteer System Manager will play a key role in shaping and managing the volunteer journey through the FIFA Volunteer Platform, supporting operations across eight Host Cities within the Integrated Model.- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Participate in the planning phase to finalise configuration of the FIFA Volunteer Platform ensuring it fully supports the requirements of the Integrated Model for a consistent volunteer experience and operational processes across all Host Cities.
