Job Description
We are seeking an accomplished Vice President / Construction Director to lead the organization's end-to-end construction function and drive the successful delivery of large-scale, multi-site development programs across the Philippines. The role will provide strategic leadership over project planning, construction execution, budgeting, scheduling, governance, quality, safety, risk management, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
This role requires a hands-on executive who can build and mentor high-performing teams, drive operational excellence, strengthen governance and compliance, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders to support the company's long-term growth strategy. Experience with leading real estate developers, retailers, logistics companies, or multinational organizations will be a strong advantage.
