Responsibilities

Your Responsibilities

You take disciplinary leadership of the engineers at the Berlin site within a deliberately flat organizational structure and strengthen a culture of ownership, collaboration, and technical excellence.

Together with the VP Engineering at our Swiss site and the Group CTO, you ensure strategic alignment of R&D activities across both locations and maintain consistency within our cross-site SAFe-based development organization.

Together with product management and executive leadership, you contribute to the development of our product and technology roadmap and support its implementation.
