Job Description
**The Role**
As Vice President, Enterprise Security, you will work closely with the CIO/CISO to lead the enterprise cybersecurity strategy for IHG, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of company, guest, and employee information. This role owns global security governance, risk management, and protection capabilities across the organization. You will partner closely with technology, legal, privacy, and business leaders to embed security into business operations, maintain regulatory compliance, and proactively identify, assess, and mitigate evolving cyber threats. Through strong leadership and influence, you will guide teams and stakeholders to deliver secure‑by‑design solutions that support IHG’s strategic priorities and growth.
