VP, Fleet Performance & Optimization

Fly Dubai is seeking a skilled professional to maximize fleet value by optimizing Cost per Available Seat Kilometer (CASK), aircraft utilization, and lifecycle performance across its fleets. The successful candidate will manage important fleet cost drivers and ensure adherence to operational agreements.

The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Aviation Management, Finance, or Engineering, extensive experience in airline operations, and a strong track record in project management. This role requires at least 10 years of relevant experience.
