Responsibilities:

Lead origination, structuring and execution efforts of M&A deals across Southeast Asia

Pitch, prepare and deliver presentations

Perform extensive valuation & pricing analysis, financial analysis using different methods eg. DCF

Support senior MDs

Take primary responsibilities for deal execution of transactions

Deliver holistic advice to clients

Mentor analyst-level bankers

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

6-8 years or relevant experience in investment banking/advisory/M&A from a top-tier investment bank
