**About the position:**

The **VP, Manufacturing & Engineering Transformation** at Eaton is a **board-visible enterprise transformation leader** accountable for connecting engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and service through an integrated data and AI backbone that drives measurable business outcomes. The lead will define strategy and drive the transormation of engineering and manufacturing workflows, leveraging AI to improve throughput, accellerating backlog conversion and deliver measureable business outcomes to the enterprise. This is a domain-first transformation requiring deep experience in engineering and manufacturing operations with a track record of applying AI and digital capabilties.
