VP Nursing - West Lafayette

Under the direction of the President – West Lafayette Hospital, administers, directs and coordinates the functions of the Nursing and select Patient Care Departments within the West Lafayette Hospital. Responsible for leading the Nursing and Patient Care Departments in the development, implementation and coordination of high-quality, high-valued patient care within the West Lafayette Hospital through the identified key outcomes. Participates with PH leadership, governing bodies, management, medical staff and clinical leaders in organizational decision-making and the strategic planning.
