VP of Finance, Global Consolidation & M&A Lead

Onyx SG Pte Ltd, a leading entity in Singapore's manufacturing industry, is seeking a VP of Finance. This role involves leading a small team to manage the Group Consolidation of 50 entities and oversee M&A support, management reporting, tax planning, and treasury.

The ideal candidate will possess a Degree in Accountancy, with at least 12 years of relevant experience, including supervisory roles in Group Consolidation. Candidates with a background in a Big 4 Auditing firm and knowledge of IFRS standards will be favored.
