Position: VP, Principal I, Test Manager (Agency Loan)

• Plan quality assurance activities with timelines and effort estimates.
• Manage resources to support testing demand.
• Gather requirements by discussing with SA & Dev teams or SMBC to understand testing requirements, determine coverage, and collect sample test data.
• Review documentation created by QA team leader, Senior System Analyst or vendor to ensure quality.
• Track testing activities against test plans and defects; log, retest, and close defects.
• Report statistics and statuses to PM.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to the team, ensuring process and compliance is met.
• Set performance goals, provide direction, support, and escalated issues to PM.
• Support hiring matters such as interviews where required and onboard new joiners.
