This resource will lead all software development, architecture, and development activities for core distribution and copyright management products. Executes budget responsibility for portfolio of custom and third party software applications, including the selection, design, development, and operational control of the systems. Drives high impact projects and initiatives. Directly supervises departmental employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring and training employees; planning, assigning, directing and ensuring reliability of work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
