The VP Technology is the leader for Benefit’s technology plans, translating business needs into a technology strategy. The primary responsibility of this role is to understand Benefit’s business goals, strategies, and priorities, and build a technology plan to support and even accelerate the business. This role will function as a connector between Benefit Cosmetics and LVMH Beauty Tech, ensuring unique business needs are supported by technology, while also providing Benefit teams visibility to LVMH technology solutions and priorities.
