Responsible for developing and optimizing wafer test processes to ensure high‑quality, stable, and efficient semiconductor manufacturing.

Focuses on process development, yield improvement, product qualification, and continuous improvement, while ensuring alignment across equipment, systems, and manufacturing operations.
What You Will Do
New Process & Product Qualification
- Plan and schedule qualification activities for wafer test processes in new R&D and package introduction projects
- Execute process and product qualifications within committed timelines
- Lead overall process integration, including IT systems, to ensure smooth end‑to‑end manufacturing flow
