Waiter/Waitress - Indian Cuisine (Ajman, UAE)
We are currently seeking a Waiter/Waitress with experience in Indian cuisine to join our team in Ajman. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for ensuring our guests have a pleasant dining experience by providing excellent customer service and delivering high-quality food and beverages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests, take orders and provide menu recommendations
- Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure tables are set up properly and clean before and after each use
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a polite and efficient manner
- Maintain knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, and daily specials
- Monitor table turnover to ensure efficient service
- Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure accurate food delivery
- Handle cash transactions accurately
