Waiter (Bolling Club)

Summary About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned to the Bolling Club at Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling in Washington, D.C. The purpose of this position is to serve food, preselected and ordered by arrangement, and limited to banquet (group) service. Requires use of both arms, hands and legs. Prolonged standing, walking, reaching and lifting. Objects seldom weigh in excess of 10 pounds. Responsibilities As directed, secures linen, glassware and silverware, depending on the particular format (menu, food and beverages). Readies groups of tables for food and beverages, making sure that dishes, glasses and silverware meet cleanliness standards, and that linens are spotless and condiment containers are filled. Following specific instructions and rigid time schedules, secures food from kitchen, and carries beverages from bar and serves customers.
