Faircape Restaurant and Catering, part of Faircape Life retirement villages, operates in 6 prime locations across the Western Cape, providing dining services to village residents and patients in the onsite healthcare centres.
We are seeking an experienced, professional and customer-focused Senior Waiter to join our team at Bridgewater Manor in Somerset West . This role is ideally suited to a hospitality professional with strong restaurant service experience, leadership ability and a passion for delivering outstanding service to residents and guests.
The successful candidate will be an all-round hospitality professional capable of supporting daily restaurant operations, mentoring junior staff, ensuring exceptional service standards and stepping into a supervisory capacity when required. Experience in retirement, healthcare, hospitality or restaurant environments will be highly advantageous.
