• Ensure prompt and courteous service to Customers at all times.
• Facilitate effective communication and engagement at the workplace.
• Prepare mis‑en‑place at side station before operations.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the dining area on a regular basis.
• Be familiar with the menu.
• Ensure compliance with established service standards.
