Job Description
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and present accurate food and beverage orders.
- Relay orders to kitchen/bar promptly and ensure food and drinks are served quickly.
- Maintain clean, properly set tables before and after service.
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints, manage bills accurately.
- Adhere to hygiene, safety and service standards in collaboration with kitchen and staff.
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong personal hygiene, grooming and professional appearance.
- Ability to work well in fast‑paced environments and under pressure.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages a plus.
- Flexible to work shifts including weekends.
