Job Description

What You’ll Be Doing
- Welcome guests to your section, hand out menus and wine lists, and make sure everyone feels looked after from the moment they sit down.
- Know the menu inside out — including key ingredients and how dishes are prepared — so you can confidently answer questions and make recommendations.
- Set up and maintain tables — linen, cutlery, glassware — keeping everything neat and guest-ready throughout your shift.
- Take food and drink orders accurately using the POS system and ensure they reach the kitchen and bar promptly and correctly.
