Waiting List Officer - Endoscopy

We are recruiting for a Waiting List Officer who shares our vision to be trusted to provide consistently outstanding care and exemplary service to our patients.

You will provide efficient administrative support in all aspects of the Endoscopy department’s work as directed by the Service Coordinator.

This primarily includes the booking of inpatient and day case waiting lists for a delegated number of consultants and clinical endoscopists in accordance with cancer and DM01 targets and the Trust’s access policy.

Other duties include listening and responding to patient enquiries, working under pressure and prioritizing work load independently as well as alongside the team.

The hours for this role will be Monday - Friday- 09:00 - 17:00
