Key Responsibilities
- Provide person-centred care and emotional support during waking night shifts.
- Monitor wellbeing and respond to any incidents calmly and professionally.
- Assist with night-time routines and personal care where required.
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with day staff for continuity of care.
- Promote independence and recovery-focused approaches.
What We’re Looking For
- Enthusiasm for working in mental health and supporting vulnerable individuals.
- Excellent communication skills and a calm, patient approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in mental health or social care is desirable
- Right to work in the UK (we cannot offer sponsorship for this role).
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience, ideally Mental Health/LD/Neurodiverse support.
