Job Role:
 Ward Managers (CAMHS and Acute) We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Ward Manager to lead our dynamic CAMHS and Acute in Chelmsford. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to shape and deliver high-quality care in a newly established, purpose-built facility designed specifically for those who need the support and care.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
You will provide clinical leadership to a multidisciplinary team, ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality, and person-centred care. 
Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the ward, including staffing, resource management, and the supervision of care planning for those who need it. 
Mentoring and supporting staff, maintaining quality standards in line with regulatory requirements, and fostering collaboration with consultants, therapists, and external agencies.
