What a typical day looks like:
Perform Shipping duties in term of Receiving and Shipment inventory and non-inventories items.
Process and generate documents for incoming and outgoing shipments in compliance with company procedure and trade compliance requirement.
Knowledge on trade compliance (Singapore and the company Trade policy)
Manage a team of Warehouse Assistant and Shipping Coordinators.
Perform and organize general administrative duties.
Handle basic correspondence and communication with internal Program Admin/Manager/Production.
