Warehouse & Asset Manager

Job Purpose

The Warehouse & Asset Manager is responsible for end-to-end warehouse operations and asset management across the rental business. This includes inventory control, asset tracking, storage, issuance, and return of equipment (cabins, generators, and related items). The role ensures accuracy, accountability, and readiness of assets while managing storekeepers, clerks, and helpers.

Core Responsibilities

• Own and manage all warehouse stock, ensuring accurate inventory control and asset tracking
• Maintain real-time visibility of all assets (cabins, generators, accessories) across yard and sites
• Oversee receiving, inspection, storage, and issuing of materials and equipment
• Ensure proper documentation and system updates for all inward/outward movements
• Supervise storekeepers, clerks, and helpers to ensure smooth day-to-day warehouse operations
