The Warehouse Associate / Materials Associate accurately picks and moves medical and other materials using a voice-directed system (Voxware), handheld scanners, carts, and totes in a clean, climate-controlled warehouse. This role focuses on precise order picking, safe material handling, and timely delivery to support time-sensitive operations, with structured training provided and opportunities to work across different shifts.
**Responsibilities**
+ Pick orders accurately using the Voxware voice-picking system, headset, handheld device, and scanner, following all system prompts and instructions.
+ Use carts and totes to collect items, ensuring that each line item and quantity matches the order requirements.
+ Choose between picking with a pick sheet or the Voxware system when appropriate and follow established procedures for each method.
