Warehouse coordinator (España)

Purpose of the Role

The WRT Warehouse Coordinator coordinates the warehouse in a conscious precious way as if he/she is the personal owner of the warehouse. This position is key instrumental to the distribution of products and managing storage warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the warehouse team (6 people): procurement, storage, goods in, goods out, customer relations
• Coordinate the stock on a day-to-day basis to achieve daily performance measures and labour productivity.
• Provide efficient stock management to serve needs from customer support & car assembly:
  • Consumption and sales prediction to reduce discontinuities within agreed max stock level
  • Management of stock value (overall level, including financial depreciation)
  • Guarantee 100% traceability through the ERP: part numbers, quantities, value, storage location
