Job Description

Introduction:

We are looking for a Customer Service Officer to support our warehouse operations in Bang Pakong, Chachoengsao. This role is responsible for coordinating with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth inbound, inventory, and outbound processes while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with customers regarding inbound, storage, and outbound operations to ensure accurate and efficient warehouse execution.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth receiving, inventory management, and delivery processes in accordance with customer requirements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries, addressing operational issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare inventory reports, operational reports, and other relevant documentation for customers and management on a timely basis.
